we made an ice cream and pudding for our practicum. Yay!
I am #ICECREAM team, so, i documented the pictures of making it!
Mix 200 gr of sugar, 2 boxes of vanilli, and 2 eggwhite until it looks white.
Put into the pot.
Then add 1 L milk and 1 can of condensed milk and boil and stir until its boiling.
After its boiled, put it on separate place and add essence and color into it and wait until its cold and after the ice cream dough is cold, put it into the plastic and tie it tight.
Now, crack the ice and pour salt into a bowl. Then, put the ice cream dough in plastic into the bowl and mix it well until freeze.
